The key functions of T.E.A.M.’s dedicated Account Services staff include:

- Coordination of information related to employee performance issues
- Critical incident and traumatic event interventions
- Assisting companies in maximizing employees’ utilization of the EAP through orientations and other promotional activities
- Conducting onsite training and workshops
