Formal Referrals
T.E.A.M.’s formal referral process provides an avenue for you to assist your employees in seeking help with personal performance issues that are impeding the employee’s ability to do his or her job, such as the types of situations listed above. This structured process includes counseling for the employee as well as feedback to you about your employee’s participation in the process.
