Dave Darmetko, MSW, CSW (248-457-2933)
Dave is the Manager of Account Services.  Dave’s work experience includes both mental health and substance abuse counseling with individuals and groups. He earned both Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work at Wayne State University. Dave also has a strong business and supervisory background from his position as Executive Director of a non-profit organization, the position he held prior to joining T.E.A.M.

Julia Beegle, BS (248-457-2931)
Julia began working at T.E.A.M. over five years ago as a member of our Client Services team and has since transitioned into the Account Services Department. Her Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Western Michigan University, internship with an industrial psychologist, and experience in business combine to provide a good fit for her role as Account Services Coordinator.

Cheri Hickey, MSW, CSW (248-457-2932)
Cheri joined T.E.A.M. as an Account Manager in 2001. Her mental health and substance abuse background includes counseling children and adults, as well as management and college-level teaching in the field of substance abuse. Cheri has extensive supervisory experience, which includes the position of Clinical Director for an outpatient substance abuse agency and involvement in both program and policy development. She received both her Bachelor and Master degrees in Social Work from Wayne State University.

Sandy Kriegish, MA, LLP (248-457-2938)
Sandy was a member of T.E.A.M.’s Business Development team prior to becoming an Account Manager. In addition to her experience as a psychotherapist, she has had experience in the business arena as the Assistant Director of a non-profit organization where she managed multiple departments. Sandy’s Bachelor degree in Communication is from Michigan State University, and she did her Master degree Psychology work at Wayne State University.

Shannon Nolan, MSW, SW (248-457-2947)
Shannon came to T.E.A.M. as a member of the Client Services Department, and has since joined Account Services. Her roles in individual therapy, group counseling and crisis intervention serve her well in her current job as an Account Services Coordinator. Shannon obtained her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Western Michigan University, and her Master of Social Work from Michigan State University.

Paula Puleo, MA, LPC (248-457-2939)
Paula received her undergraduate degree from Central Michigan University, and her Master of Arts from
Wayne State University. She has over twenty years experience in the mental health, social service, and education arenas. Paula’s background includes positions in both psychotherapist and director capacities, as well as her current role as an Account Manager. Her areas of expertise include education and training, along with counseling clients dealing with depression and anxiety.

Margie Rosenow, Med, MA, LLP (248-457-2946)
Margie came to T.E.A.M. as a therapist and has since joined the Account Services Department. Margie originally received her Bachelor’s degree in Business Education from Eastern Michigan University and taught school for many years, earning a Master’s degree in Elementary Education from Wayne State University. Additionally, Margie has a Master of Arts degree with a limited license in psychology, also from Wayne State. She maintains a private practice in her home. Her current position at T.E.A.M. allows her to use her training and experience in business, education, and mental health.

Teri Saurer, CSW, ACSW (704-541-3872)
Teri received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Binghamton University, and her Master of Social Work from Syracuse University. Her background includes positions as a therapist and school social worker; she has worked with adults, children and families in a variety of settings. Teri also has supervisory experience, and is skilled in conducting orientations, trainings, and program and individual evaluations. She joined T.E.A.M. as an Account Manager in 2000.

Carol Syperski, Ed.D., LPC, HSP (248-457-2940)
Originally from the Detroit area, Carol received her undergraduate degree in French from Oakland University, having studied in France during her junior year. She received her Masters & Education Specialist degrees while studying in England. She returned to Vanderbilt University’s home campus in Nashville TN where she completed her Doctorate degree in Human Development Counseling. Her career has included teaching graduate school and maintaining a successful private counseling practice. She also brings to T.E.A.M. her unique experience in implementing and managing an internal EAP program for a Fortune 500 organization.
