T.E.A.M. offers many different EAP promotional materials, many of which are offered to you at no cost. Having these materials displayed at your work site helps remind employees about the availability of the EAP. When employees are aware of the EAP benefit they tend to use it more frequently; and when they utilize T.E.A.M.’s services, the company benefits by having an employee who is resolving personal concerns that may be impacting his or her work performance. The following list briefly describes each of T.E.A.M.’s promotional materials:

T.E.A.M. EAP Brochure
This tri-fold brochure provides a general description of T.E.A.M.’s EAP services, and answers many of the questions commonly asked by clients. Available to client companies in English or Spanish at no cost.

Customized T.E.A.M. EAP Brochure
Identical to the standard T.E.A.M. EAP brochure, but customized with your company’s logo.

Management Services Brochure
A brief overview of management services for managers and supervisors. Available at no cost.

Topical Brochure
Fourteen different brochures discuss common issues for which clients seek assistance from T.E.A.M. These brochures often prompt people to consider using the EAP for issues that they’re dealing with in their personal lives.

Acrylic Brochure Holder
This twelve-slot acrylic holder is an excellent tool for displaying your various T.E.A.M. brochures. One holder will be provided to you at no cost with your initial order of all topical brochures; additional holders available at cost.

Poster
These 8½" x 11" multicolored posters are great eye-catching reminders for your employees that T.E.A.M.’s services are available to them.

Magnet
Refrigerator magnets (printed with T.E.A.M.’s logo and phone number) that employees can take home are often the basis for employees and family members calling T.E.A.M. for assistance. This simple tool is definitely a wise investment as a promotional reminder.
