Maintaining your confidentiality is extremely important to T.E.A.M. We do not disclose any information about you or your use of T.E.A.M.'s EAP services, unless you specifically authorize us to do so, or if we are required to do so by law. Any personal information about you is maintained solely within T.E.A.M., and is completely isolated from the Internet. This information is only accessible to individuals at T.E.A.M. who need to know it, and is protected by our secure server, firewall, database and user passwords.

There are certain areas of T.E.A.M.'s website where you may request feedback from us. In such cases it will be necessary to submit information about yourself in order for us to be able to respond. You have the right to not answer the questions we ask; however, if you choose not to supply the information we request, we may only be able to supply you with a limited response through our website.
