The role of the Affiliate Services Department is to identify, build,
and foster partnering relationships with T.E.A.M.'s Affiliate Providers.
We endeavor to work closely with Affiliates' staffs in a respectful
and cooperative manner, striving toward our mutual goal of providing
comprehensive, quality EAP counseling services to T.E.A.M. clients.
Our departmental vision and mission speak to this purpose:
Vision
T.E.A.M. Affiliate Services will be recognized by its customers
for developing and maintaining effective Affiliate Provider partnerships,
which support the organizational commitment to deliver superior
employee assistance services.
Mission
T.E.A.M. Affiliate Services is dedicated to maintaining a high quality,
customer-focused Affiliate Provider Network through ongoing efforts
in making the best provider selection, and the provision of provider
support and education.
The Affiliate Services Department functions as the primary liaison
with T.E.A.M.'s Affiliate Providers. Our dedicated staff performs
several key functions:
- Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with T.E.A.M.'s
Affiliate Providers
- Identifying potential new Affiliate Providers
- Conducting in-depth, quality screenings to qualify these new
Affiliates
- Providing orientation materials to help new Affiliates become
familiar with T.E.A.M.'s affiliate processes
- Maintaining up-to-date credentials on all Affiliate Providers
- Coordinating Critical Incident Stress Management situations
with Affiliates
- Working together with our Affiliates to resolve any concerns
presented by clients, client companies, or the Affiliates themselves
as expeditiously as possible.
