T.E.A.M. values our partnership with Affiliate Providers. We work continuously with our Affiliates to provide seamless, quality care to T.E.A.M. clients. After meeting our quality standards for eligibility and being selected as a T.E.A.M. Affiliate Provider, Affiliate Provider cases are monitored on a systematic basis in the following areas:

• Timely response to clients' requests
• Adherence to T.E.A.M.'s short term, solution-focused counseling model
• Clinical appropriateness of assessment and counseling progress
• Case resolution and follow-up

Evaluation on, and adherence to, these criteria help insure that T.E.A.M. clients receive the best possible EAP services no matter where a client lives. As T.E.A.M.'s mission states, our goal is to assist our clients "in achieving positive life experiences through the provision of exceptional employee assistance services".
