and Me > Wellbeing Inventory

Lots of things happen in our lives every day, and each of us reacts differently to these daily occurrences. Sometimes you wonder if you’re behaving “normally”; or perhaps you question whether things are OK for someone close to you. Normalcy is relative: what’s “normal” for you, may be abnormal for someone else; and the same is true in reverse. But normal or not, if it’s something that has you worried or concerned, it’s worth taking a closer look at it—and that’s where T.E.A.M. can help you!
Your T.E.A.M. counselor is available to assist you with whatever you’ve got going on in your life, or to develop a plan to help someone close to you. Just pick up the phone and call T.E.A.M. at 1-800-448-TEAM (8326). If you’re not yet ready to make that phone call, you may want to take a look at one of the following inventories, which can give you some indication of things that may be a little out of kilter.
These inventories should not be interpreted as a method of self-diagnosis. They simply list common behaviors that could possibly be indicators of more serious problems. If, after reviewing any of these inventories, you are concerned about your wellbeing or that of a family member, please call T.E.A.M. to schedule an appointment.
