Consultation & Organizational Assessment Prior to Implementation
To insure compatibility and proper integration of EAP services with your organization's healthcare benefits, policies, procedures and goals, and in consideration of your organization's culture, history and special employee demographic issues.
Management Orientations
Three levels of on-site orientations for managers, supervisors, and key personnel. Training content includes:

Your role when dealing with and assisting troubled employees;

Constructive confrontation of substance abuse and performance problems in the work place; and
-
Effective interpersonal assistance strategies.
Supervisor and Manager Consultations
Unlimited consultation and intervention strategies for managers,
supervisors and key personnel confronted with employees' substance
abuse or work performance problems. These confidential consultations:
- Help managers and your staff deal with troubled employees and
difficult situations in the most effective manner.
- Offer guidance on high-risk workplace matters, such as violence,
anger management, and sexual or cultural harassment.
- Provide assistance regarding employees who are under "Last
Chance" or "Return-To-Work" guidelines, often in
the case of employees who have been abusing substances in the
workplace.
- Coach managers and key personnel on how to effectively deal
with their confusion, frustration, or personal distress, which
often may occur when dealing with employees' personal performance
problems.
Work Performance Referrals
Process through which management or human resources can refer employees who are at risk of termination due to personal work performance problems or company policy violations. Such referrals:

Assist management (and, when appropriate, union leadership) establish a clear method of helping employees get back on track;
-
Provide management with direct feedback regarding an employee's motivation toward resolving his or her work performance problem; and
-
Give employees an opportunity to help themselves.
On-Site Critical Incident Stress Debriefings (CISD)
Immediate, on-site response by T.E.A.M. whenever your company
experiences a critical incident that impacts your employees (e.g.,
workplace violence, suicide, natural disaster, fatality). Benefits:

Reduces the possibility of post-traumatic stress;

Normalizes reactions to the incident;
-
Offers continued support and counseling to those
affected; and
-
Provides consultation to prevent recurrence
and reduce overall long-term effects.
T.E.A.M. Analysis and Utilization Reports
Quarterly or semi-annual statistical EAP managed care reports,
utilization rates, demographics and identification of employee
problem areas. Provide clear feedback about your employee population
and EAP utilization in an absolutely confidential manner.
